- the content of your messages in the chat and forms on the site

We process data on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending an inquiry or leaving a contact. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us.

We do not sell your data. Access to it is given only to our staff and to providers that help us operate: cloud infrastructure, messaging and artificial intelligence services, and an inquiry management system. They all process data on our instructions and within this policy.

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and delete it at your request or when it is no longer needed. Access to data is restricted and transmission is protected by connection encryption.

We use privacy-friendly traffic analytics that does not use identifying cookies and does not build advertising profiles. The chat on the site works without cookies. If in the future we add tools that use cookies, we will update this policy and request consent where needed.
